The Quality of Japanese Quail Eggs After Administration of Bifidobacterium sp. and Guazuma ulmifolia Leaf Extract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Bifidobacterium sp. and Guazuma ulmifolia leaf extract on Japanese quail egg production, including mass, haugh unit (HU), yolk colour. A total 96 quails were in early stages which randomized into four treatments six replications. The (T0) without G. extract, (T1) 0.2% sp., (T2) (T3) + extract. Egg mass data was collected third fourth week treatment period, while HU colour carried out last period. groups showed significant differences mass. Groups T2 T3 combination feed additives can increase value but not significantly (p>0.05). In conclusion, drinking water produce highest quality.
